Layout – It is a new building with a fixed layout. This interior is dominated by an almost 360-degree panoramic sight. After entering the flat, you can expect an open-space concept of a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. In addition to that, the flat has two bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and a bed room with a view of Prague Castle.

Concept / Colours / Materials –The purpose of the flat is not primarily for living and, therefore, the selection of materials was considerably brave and bold. The dominating material is greyconcrete plaster coating which can be seen on the floor, walls and even on the furniture. Cabinetmakers made the table and bar boards of 400-year-old wood, obtained from an old barn in Austria. The imported piece of wood underwent a treatment to look old specifically for this project and was assembled later on site. Raw steel was used for a steel island and furniture. For a soft feeling velvet was used here; we can see it on the sofa and bed upholstery.Dark colours simultaneously multiply the impression of the night city.

Kitchen and dining room – The kitchen with storage space up to the ceiling is in the surface finish of dark concrete plaster skim. A built-in, steel-framed vinotheque matches the steel island and the bar with seating space for up to six people. A massive dining table made of framed balks with a steel leg can host ten people and wire chairs, upholstered for greater comfort, complement it. The lighting correspondsto the material of the chairs and was selected from Foscarini’s offer. Built-in lights were supplied by DeltaLight.

Living room –Thanks to unique views, the aim was to ensure visibility from every seat of the sofa and that is why a comfortable, velvet, double-ended sofa has been selected, ensuring a great sight from every part of it. As a complement, a pouffe made of natural leather is used here. The clients’ love of Manhattan cannot be failed to notice. Its picture is on the wall paper, supplementing thus the last piece of the panoramic view.

Bedroom and bathrooms – Stone-surface bathrooms had been designed by the clients before our design project. Nevertheless, they are in harmony with the current appearance of the interior. The bedroom offers a view of Prague Caste. A bed with a sophisticated storage space was tailor-made. The bed oak frame is complemented with a raw-steel headboard, in combination with velvet upholstery. A steelrailat the wall serves as a clothes valet. The bedroom includes an adjacent bathroom interconnected via a smoke-tinted glass wall.

Walk-in wardrobe and storage space – A designer bench was made of steel rods and represents a dominating feature immediately at the entrance to the flat. An adjacent walk-in wardrobe offers a simple steel structure, with sufficient storage space, illuminated oak shelves and a large mirror which enlarges the whole room optically. Unique elements are “invisible” cabinets on the opposite side of the kitchen. Theirinvisibility consists in the use of a concrete decoration by means of plaster coating which, at first sight, makes the cabinets unobtrusive, giving an impression of a compact wall.Tailor-made handles are the same as the kitchen metal fittings.

Accessories –Interior accessories used within the entire interior come from the assortment of our showroom LOOOOX.
