The new building will house young apprentices and serves as an addition to their holistic approach of training young talents which will be the next generation of @verbund_ag.
The spatial program comprises 42 single rooms, multifunctional seminar- and class rooms, recreational areas, social living rooms, an indoor gym and a fully equipped canteen.
Projected as a hybrid building, the ground floor structure is all concrete, whereby the 2 upper floors are entirely built in timber. Large glass openings at all floors, merge interiors with exteriors and offer spectacular views over Danube river.
