VILLA ANACAPRI

The villa is exposed to both the north and the south. The kitchen, dining room and living room form a “unicum” with the exterior space through the use of large glass windows and the same flooring throughout, making the area become one and doubling the 75 square meters. The living area looks onto the terrace which becomes an integrated part of the home. Built-in, sinuous seating, covered with cushions and pillows run the perimeter of the terrace offering a breathtaking view of the island of Ischia.

Exclusively handcrafted, dark gray stone flooring has been designed and realized by the architect for the entire villa including the baths and kitchen. The architect chose and designed the use of the same unique stone for the sinks and showers that became design and maintains the same chromatic flow throughout. The typical Capri Island style is kept through the use of white walls and ceilings but contrasts with the architect's personally designed modern, elegant and minimalistic furnishings. Wood, stone, terracotta and glass become one and add warmth to the villa in complete harmony with the natural surroundings.
