This is another renovation done by the SP62 in this charming town house that is near the minhocão. The house had all of its walls from ground level, and got inset and restructured through metal beams, apparent, and spine ladders, with steps of cumaru. The ceiling was flushed to the wood of wood, pink peroba. The apparent bricks connect the contemporary industrial language with the bucolic ones of the hilltop chalets. To complete, with lots of natural light, doors and windows were opened and also the ceiling, so that the connection made between the lamella panels of cumaru make the marking of the main naves of the house.
