At Villa La Pineta, Geopietra® combines aesthetics and functionality

Geopietra® as Rivestimento in pietra

Villa La Pineta is an innovative example of residential building replacement in Versilia, standing out for its cutting-edge aesthetics and functionality. The design is based on three main parallel walls that define the interior spaces, while the glass perimeter enclosures ensure brightness and an airy atmosphere throughout. Special attention was paid to construction details and materials, with the goal of achieving energy class A.

During the construction process, the local administration posed some challenges; however, the choice of Geopietra® manufactured stone proved crucial in optimizing space, especially considering wall dimensions. The lightness, ease of installation, and authentic appearance made Geopietra® the ideal solution for the project.

Additionally, Murogeopietra® seamlessly integrates with the design, ensuring high performance in terms of external thermal insulation, thanks to a tested and guaranteed installation system that further enhances the building's energy efficiency.
