MUROGEOPIETRA® INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM NATURAL MATERIALS

Geopietra® as Rivestimento in pietra

Villa La Pineta is a redevelopment project for a residential building in Versilia, which stands out thanks to its innovative aesthetics and functionality. The design features three main parallel sections that define the internal spaces, while the perimeter closures are made of glass to enhance the brightness and airy appearance of the rooms. Particular attention was paid to the construction details and materials used, with the aim of achieving energy class A.

During the project realization, the municipal administration created some difficulties and the choice of Geopietra® manufactured stone was successful in solving the space problem caused by the dimensions of the walls. The lightweight, the easy assembly and the indistinguishable appearance from natural stones made it the ideal choice for the project. Murogeopietra® is exceptionally useful for maintaining and enhancing the performance of external thermal insulation with a tested installation system.
