The Vista Line, Miami

Visualization by 100CGI Studio for a development group: The Vista Line, a premium 14,500 sq ft office floor in Miami's business district. Eight stills were delivered in 22 days and launched a pre-leasing campaign, so the floor was signing tenants before the builders had finished.

A pre-leasing render is not decoration. It is the thing a tenant signs against, and that sets a narrow target: stand out in the Miami market without overselling. Push the styling and you promise a floor the build cannot deliver, which costs trust on the day someone walks the finished space. These images stay deliberately honest.

The plate is wide and sunny. The brief was to carve it into zones without losing the daylight that makes it worth the rent.

So the real work was simulating how Florida sun lands on warm wood, matte black frames and the stone floor without tipping into glare. Exposure stayed true to what the floor will get. Show light the finished space will never receive and you have made a promise the building cannot keep.

Rendered in 3ds Max and Corona. More projects from the city: office pre-leasing CGI in Miami. Full case study: The Vista Line.
