Villa Thea is a sculptural ode to nature — a futuristic luxury residence designed to float effortlessly above the hillside landscape of Zakynthos’ Keri region. Created by visionary architect Lucy Lago, the villa explores the harmony between architecture and environment, combining sensitive eco-construction methods with bold modern technologies.

Every line in the project flows with a natural rhythm: from its organic floorplan to the curved terraces and infinity pool, the villa’s silhouette echoes wind-shaped stones and sea-smoothed shells. Villa Thea is conceived as an architectural jewel — a precious sculpted object set amidst the untamed beauty of the Ionian landscape.

The residence opens onto panoramic sea views and is composed of flowing indoor-outdoor living spaces: an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area; eight bedrooms; seven bathrooms; gym; cellar; storage; garden and generous swimming pool. On the inside, the architecture and interior merge into a singular futuristic vision.

Soft white hues, reflective glass surfaces and fluid forms draw the eye towards the horizon, while natural and artificial lighting is meticulously choreographed to reveal beauty in every detail. Lush plants breathe life into the minimalist spaces, reminding guests of their unique setting on Zakynthos.
