Villas on 24th is a 30-story student housing tower in the heart of West Campus featuring two levels of below-grade parking, three levels of above-grade parking, and 25 levels of residential apartments. The 30-story project features a fully stacked amenity deck outfitted with an indoor/outdoor fitness center, a resort-style pool, a spa, and a full-length basketball sky court with downtown and campus views.

Designed with hospitality in mind, the hotel-style reception at the ground level is thoughtfully curated with lounge and study areas. On the building’s exterior, a distinctive geometric pre-fabricated panel system adds movement and texture to the building’s form.
