The prototype includes the construction of the house (126 m2) as the external urban spaces (314 m2).
The house is divided into three areas:
- A core set of 42 m2, for work activities in the home. Is the area where heat is generated in winter (greenhouse effect, double skin of glass and solar control glass cover) and cool in summer (by air from the wind sensor).
- Two lateral bodies of 42 m2 each. A body houses the night zone (bedrooms and bathrooms) and the other the living area (living room and kitchen).
