DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
Located in the city of Gualeguaychu, Entre Rios, between the streets Palaveccino, August 17, Camilo Villagra and Hernanderias under the Water Emergency Program will be built 50 homes in 4 blocks in lots of 10mts x 20 mt which vary by dimensions of the apples Three types of housing will be built, which in turn are mirrored depending on their location:
1-HOUSE TYPE: House of 55m2.
2-HOUSE CORNER: House 55m2.
3- DISABLED HOUSE: House 60m2.
All the houses are on the ground floor with the possibility of expanding on the ground floor and upstairs.
The houses will be built in wood structure on the plate, seeking to take advantage of renewable resources and local labor.
The house is developed in a plant looking for a functional efficiency trying to optimize the m2 contemplating also future extensions in ground floor and upper floor
The design of the houses starts from a break in the ground floor of the private and public area in the long sense of the land looking for views towards the garden and at the same time favoring the circulation of air by means of cross ventilation. This break also helps to mark the entrances and galleries of the house giving a greater dynamism and movement to the houses. The corner typology has a disposition in L which takes both fronts of the lot that help to compose the apple.
