This building rises high above the surrounding roads and green areas. An effect that is reinforced by the placement on a mound. This land immediately withdraws the bicycles to the eye, causing the solitary character of the building is emphasized. To create sufficient height the program had to be divided over two floors. This gives the building an extra special perception on the inside. On the outside; the coating of rusting sheet piling walls give an extra vertical effect.
