With its contemporary design and innovative solutions, Zénite's new space integrates bespoke joinery, acoustic comfort and natural lighting to create an inspiring and welcoming work environment
The Zénite Arquitetura e Construção office, led by Giselle Benedetti, presents its new workspace, designed to be more than just a corporate environment: it is also a showroom, a place of interaction and inspiration, which conveys the brand's values and identity in every detail. The office was designed to be an extension of Zénite itself, reflecting the choices and solutions that characterize the team's work, while offering a functional and welcoming environment.
Elements that transform the environment
Among the highlights of the project, the sandblasted ceiling stands out as a fundamental element for increasing the feeling of height and improving the acoustic comfort of the space. To reinforce this feature, Zénite incorporated cloud-type acoustic ceilings in an organic shape and in the brand's characteristic color, bringing movement and dynamism to the work environment.
The joinery, present in various areas of the office, is another highlight. Made-to-measure pieces, such as the brises at the entrance, create discreet and efficient visual barriers, which at the same time protect the environment without compromising natural light. The wood chosen for various surfaces lends a warmth and sophisticated simplicity to the space, providing a unique atmosphere for employees and visitors.
Space designed for warmth and efficiency
The office layout guarantees functionality and maximum use of the available space. The environment has two work bays for up to four people, a boardroom, a meeting room for six people, as well as a phone booth, which, although it was already present in the previous office, was kept for its practicality and efficiency. The pantry, also designed with great care, offers a welcoming place for meals and socializing.
In addition, the layout of the rooms was designed to optimize the entry of natural light. With the closed rooms positioned next to the windows, the light spreads throughout the space, ensuring a bright and vibrant atmosphere.
Personality in every detail
The concept of identity was taken seriously during the development of this project. The logo, personalized elements and exclusive equipment are strategically placed, creating an atmosphere that reflects the essence of Zénite. Every corner of the office is a reflection of the brand's history, with intelligent solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality.
