CRISTIANO VIANA APARTMENT
Cristiano Viana apartment is an old apartment that needed a complete renovation. Talking to the clients, we understood that they liked to entertain friends and came to the conclusion that a kitchen integrated with the living room would work well, expanding and uniting the spaces. So, we opened up the kitchen to the living room and designed a generous island that connects the spaces. In addition, one of the clients' requests was for a wine cellar in the living room to display and store their collection. Thus, one of the guiding points of the project was the wine cellar built into the woodwork panel, which also has a hidden door that gives access to the private area of the house.

Apartamento Floresta
In renovating the Floresta Apartment, solving the poor compartmentalization of the rooms was the main guideline for the young couple who, having purchased their first property, wanted a space designed for entertaining family and friends. To achieve this, solving the kitchen, a critical point in the old layout, was central to the architectural design. Different renovation strategies were applied throughout the 150m² apartment, from completely changing the finishes and designing new woodwork to simply reorganizing the lighting. However, these interventions were sensitive and open to the changes that will occur throughout the history of the new home.

Located in São Paulo, the 37m² apartment features a living room with integrated kitchen and laundry room, a home office, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a mini closet.
The project, designed by architect Carolina Bosio Quinzani, was developed for a young adult.
