With a floor plan typical of the city's new developments, small and compartmentalized environments, the glazing of the balcony made this environment become an important internal visual element housing the dining table and living room.
The Cumaru wood ceiling gave the apartment the warmth and sophistication it required, mixed with rustic elements such as burnt cement and porcelain tiles alluding to the building's logo. The modern, simple furniture added a touch of lightness and color to the predominantly neutral finishes. The lighting design was extremely important given that the apartment only receives light on one side.
The view of one of the city's most wooded neighborhoods brings a very pleasant visual blending with the apartment's landscaping during the day; and the lights of the intersection of Brigadeiro FAria Lima Avenue and Rebouças Avenue create this visual dynamic for its residents when night falls.
