Benita Company Gas Station

Set on the hills of Klina along the Prishtina–Pejë axis, the Benita Company Gas Station redefines the role of infrastructure in the energy transition. Designed by rino studio, the project responds to Kosovo’s ongoing energy challenges with a bold architectural gesture centered around resilience and resourcefulness. The multifunctional complex—comprising a gas station, market, fast-food outlet, and terrace—was conceived as a self-sufficient building. The architecture integrates the country’s first bifacial photovoltaic system, capturing sunlight from both sides to increase energy generation by up to 30 percent. These transparent, waterproof solar panels not only cover the roof but also shape the identity o... More

The Reaper's Retreat

In the serene countryside of Vaiyampatti, nestled amidst the vast expanse of paddy fields, stands a humbly placed farmhouse exuding quiet grace and rustic elegance. It is a perfect setting reminiscent of William Wordsworth’s “Solitary Reaper”. The low-lying and spread-out nature of the home makes it humane and relatable to the surroundings, offering a fitting aesthetic response to the setting. Dinesh F/8 Dinesh F/8 Dinesh F/8   While this house is conceived as a classic, straightforward courtyard house, stemming from the client’s memory of their family home, it combines traditional principles and effortlessly blends them with the needs of modern inhabitants. Architecturally, it is a precise 3x3... More

Casa Roca

Casa Roca is a building perched on a rocky outcrop in the Euganean Hills, in the municipality of Rovolon in the province of Padua, chosen by the owners as a refuge to cultivate their great passion for music and nature. It is a project of renovation and expansion of a residential building with an attached agricultural structure built in the first half of the 19th century, which before the intervention was in a precarious and clearly abandoned state. Leonardo Scarabello The restoration favored the use of reclaimed materials from the surrounding area, prioritizing the recovery of locally available materials. The intervention involved the removal of superfluous additions and the expansion of glass towards the west, facilitating an immedi... More

Corten Pavilion

3ndy studio oversaw the conservative restructuring of the rural thatched house named “Casone Azzurro” and the building of an annexed New Touristic Pavillion for tourist hospitality.  Riccardo Spinello The whole complex forms a single facility, which is open to the public and offers a unique tourist’s experience. The new pavilion is inspired to the surrounding environment and adopts the shapes and colors that already exist in nature, interpreting the rural world of which the “Casone” has been a part. The grove of reeds, which appears to the eye as a pictorial sketch of repeated vertical elements to form a dense brown-green wall, inspired the creation of the main facade, the key element of the entire b... Ettefagh House

The story of the house “Ettefagh” (meaning the occurrence) began with a sentence: We want our house to have a story. mohammadhossein hamzehlouei mohammadhossein hamzehlouei mohammadhossein hamzehlouei The 135-square-meter house on the Golestan Street was newly built, and elegant, but devoid of the qualities of a “house”. mohammadhossein hamzehlouei mohammadhossein hamzehlouei Life was merely added to the geometry of the house as a function; as if this building was only designed to form a container for limited activities of today's apartment living lifestyle. The architects of Darkefaza Studio tried to visualize the clients’ high-flying visions of the space which holds life in it. m... More

Hacotech

At first, the expression of this name creates a feeling of duality. Haco+tech is a combination of the names: Hacoupian and technology. This space is the information technology unit of the old and well-known clothing brand “Hacoupian”. The new generation of this collection defined the project. This building was a space for growth and communication between the old and new generations of this business. Deed studio The project’s building was a 60-year-old apartment with masonry materials, old and authentic like the brand itself. This was the basis for the formation of a dual approach to the project. Creating solidarity and building a single core from this duality was the main concept of the project. Deed studio Fro... More

Twin Houses

The "Twin Houses" foresaw the construction of two side-by-side Villas, developed in 2 floors above ground level and an annex located on the side of the main building. This project also includes generous areas for green spaces, outdoor living areas and a swimming pool. PACHECOSANTOS | Arquitectos It is a project with a high level of rigor, also due to the challenge we set ourselves: to present two houses that, in a first analysis would be the same, but somehow, also acquire distinct personalities, even if through small details. PACHECOSANTOS | Arquitectos We tried, with the choice of materials (light tones and wood), spatial organization and an apparent simple volumetry to generate a game between light and shadow, that associated...
