This special project, designed by the NJ+ Architects, is the new home of an argentine family, consisting of an elderly father and an adult son who lives between Argentina and Brazil. Passionate about art and cosmopolitan life, they requested a space filled with decoration references, off-white tones, wood, and textures.

With 165m², the apartment's concept is a modern environment with elegant pieces, without functional aesthetics. The careful selection of materials and furnishings prioritized light and clean elements, aligned with the project design language, which emphasizes an elegant, minimalist, and welcoming atmosphere.

The clients request, the integrated living area houses a TV room and dining room, creating a fluid and inviting space. The wooden flooring and cabinetry harmonize with the furniture, which includes the iconic Stella armchair by Sergio Rodrigues and the Elise dining table by Clami, adding a subtle touch of color. The result is an environment that blends timeless sophistication with contemporary elements, providing warmth and aesthetic balance.

The apartment also features a small home office and a non-integrated balcony, finished in travertine marble, preserved as an outdoor space dedicated to leisure and relaxation. The kitchen was designed to be functional and minimalist, with built-in appliances and light tones, ensuring a natural integration with the continuous design language of the rest of the house.

In the private area, the master suite was designed to offer comfort and practicality. The muxarabi panel for the TV, combined with the wooden flooring and rug, enhances the cozy atmosphere of the space, which follows an open concept. The guest room was carefully planned to optimize its compact space, including cabinets, as well as built-in supports, as side tables integrated into the headboard niches of the bed.
