In the center of Treviso, the interior design of the Sectilis penthouse is configured as an exercise in spatial rewriting that works on the balance between the geometric rigor of fixed elements and the superficial treatment of finishes. The intervention, developed over an internal surface of 122 sqm, addresses two distinct compositional themes: the management of long wall curtains in the living area and the geometric resolution of a sleeping area with an irregular floor plan. The flat is located in the Remedios neighbourhood in Seville. It is a penthouse with a large terrace that is definitely the main feature of the project.  The refurbishment of the dwelling seeks to recover the potential of the space and the natural light, as before the intervention the flat was dark and very partitioned. To achieve this, it was necessary to enhance the indoor-outdoor connection, placing the terrace at the centre of the operation.
