Bruculino is a 5-star restaurant located in the heart of the revitalized downtown South Norwalk. The bar stretches across the entire length of the restaurant as a counterpoint to the dining area. The restaurant is conceived as a fine dining restaurant and wine shop, that offers local organic Imperator wines, located on the ground floor of a business-residential building. The space has two entrances and has large glass openings on three sides. Two years after its opening, Restaurant Salu needed to expand to accommodate the growing demand and reduce the queues that were forming on the sidewalk. The annexation of the neighboring property, formerly used as a parking lot, added 60 additional seats, more than doubling the restaurant's capacity. We designed the VIP lounge of the DIVUS restaurant with natural accents and a versatile atmosphere. Here, the interior design has been meticulously planned to blend refinement with comfort, creating a space that embraces subtle elegance.
