ONO Sushi restaurant Mantua

The project involves the stylistic renewal and the best redefinition of spaces and routes based on the new needs that arose after the first opening dating back to 2012. The main requirement was the reduction of seats and the return of a more intimate atmosphere and private for the tables. Soft lights and tips aimed at the tables, very dark shades and the use of pure materials such as raw waxed iron and black-stained wood restore intimacy to the environment. Davide Galli Atelier The only note of color is cobalt blue, memory of ancient oriental ceramics, used to highlight the beams and supporting pillars on which the sushi counter covered in milled black-stained wood rests to recall the rhythm of the Makisu (bamboo strip mat used for th... Brasserie Offendurg

The restyling of a building always involves very difficult and accurate choices, especially when dealing with buildings that are part of the history of a country. This is the case with a bar in Offenburg, Germany. The peculiarity of the location is its historicity: the walls of the room are parts of the historic walls built between 500 and 780 years ago with the aim of defending the ring of the city. The renovation works involved the dismantling of 385,000 kg of water and heating conduits installed on the ceiling. The installation of 180 square meters of raised floor allowed to create a 34 cm plenum to house the conduits and the electrical cables. For the realization of the room, 500 panels G30HAK were used: 30 mm calcium sulphate of siz... More

Villa Crespi

The goal of Villa Crespi’s restyling was to respect the building’s eclectic style while also giving it a new interpretation. By contaminating the residence’s existing features with newly designed elements, the project followed in the footsteps of past interventions, which made Villa Crespi an elegant architectural “eccentricity”.The renovation focused on Antonino Cannavacciuolo’s Michelin-starred restaurant, the cocktail bar and the garden; materials were paired in a variety of combinations, celebrating the villa’s sumptuous frame. In the restaurant, the hue of the walls was toned down and the lighting system, with the help of Filippo Cannata, overhauled to make the space cozier and more theatr... More

The presence and the particular location of strong structural elements - such as the staircase, the central column - and visible parts from previous renovation projects characterize the space. The existing house is located in a residential district in a small town near Bassano del Grappa at the foot of the Pre – Alpi Venete by the shore of the Brenta river. The project wants to create a new and own identity providing a free, fluid and luminous space on the ground floor in which the architectural elements, added and eliminated, adapt to th... More
