Dockyard, Berlin

Located in Berlin’s historic Osthafen (East Harbour) on the Spree embankment, Dockyard is a contemporary seven-storey office complex designed by German architectural studio TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten. The 32,141-square-metre building employs a sustainable hybrid timber structure that combines timber, concrete, and recycled steel. UNStudio and HPP Architekten design a daylight-filled, sustainable vertical work campus in Düsseldorf

Eclipse, a new and sustainable vertical work campus in the city of Düsseldorf, was designed in a collaboration between Dutch architecture firm UNStudio and German architecture firm HPP Architekten (the project was realized by HPP Architekten). Home to PwC Germany, the concept for Eclipse is based on fostering interactions and inspiring creativity within a thoughtful work environment. OLX Group in Poznan, Poland

How to encourage employees to return to the office after a period of remote work? How to create for them a space close to a home office setting? How to take care of the ergonomics of work, and yet arrange a place where they feel at ease? Almost like at home? The OLX Group has created such a place for their employees. Broekbakema arranges Canon Production Printing office around nine-storey glazed atrium

Nicknamed the ‘Green Landmark’ due to its sustainable design concept and powerfully rhythmic glass facade, the new Canon Production Printing building by Broekbakema is situated near the A67 highway and in the forested surroundings of Venlo, the Netherlands.  Norbert van Onna Upon entering the building, visitors can look up at a nine-storey atrium. The impressive atrium lobby with reception and waiting area further offers beautiful views of the terrace to the forest.
