The design of a growing tech office into a new space with the goal of layering in the brand throughout with tactical architectural elements that perform spatially while creating visual impact. As a small space it was important to consider the program and use in ways that did not create confined areas. A series curtains in both the open space and meeting rooms enable the users to control visual connection and privacy layers while simultaneously partitioning and dampening acoustics. A complete office renovation of an established tech company looking to refresh their brand and headquarters experience. The growth of the company required new amenities not available in their current configuration including a customer experience center and cafeteria for the company to gather. Removing existing team cubicles, the layout changed to team benching around the window lined perimeter with an internal circulation loop with meeting rooms, coffee station, printing area, and bathrooms.  More

LOM architecture and design transformed a former office basement car park and storage facility in North London into a new workspace for tech developers known as The Bunker.   The 620sqm space was stripped back to the building’s 1980s concrete slab and its façade infills removed to create a new fenestration that floods it with natural light. Exposed concrete and brickwork provide an industrial backdrop to the space that is livened up with bold graphics, plants and warm, neutral furnishings.   There are a variety of workstations for staff to choose from including traditional desks, open workbenches and partially enclosed seating. When Kendo, an LVMH beauty brand incubator based in San Francisco, needed to majorly expand into a new space, the company turned to local firm Garcia Tamjidi Architecture Design, known for its ethereally modernist work on projects as varied as the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, residential jewel boxes dotted across the bay area and multiple tech offices for both startups and established firms. The L05 project came with the same initial brief as the L07 tech officer interior designproject, only this time the required workspace was for a development team. Working within the same guidelines and requirements created a challenge for RMJM Serbia as their goal was to deliver a space that was malleable to meet the needs of an office whose tasks vary from day-to-day. The L07 tech office interior design project required RMJM to create a vibrant work environment for the Sales Team of a global tech giant. The initial brief stipulated that the design reflected the company’s culture and the specific requirements of their officeguidelines, while also paying homage to the city in which it is situated. Throughout the office space, cement-like tiles were chosen to recreate the streets of the city, combining urban outdoor spaces with the functional requirements of an office. The new KESH insurance company head office, designed by Alter Architects, occupies the whole floor in “Afridar Tower”, with a total area of ​​1200 square meters. The project presented a unique challenge: the big empty floor inspired us to use elements from the high-tech office world – bare ceilings, opens spaces and colorful modern language, but the client challenged us to design a solid, elegant and functional office. Playstudios offices, planned and designed by RUST Architects, are located in a complex of three industrial buildings in south Tel Aviv, which served as an exhibition and events hall and an old sewing workshop of Kastiel, Israel's oldest high-end furniture company.
