The Wellness Farm Pavilions, a project designed in Cambodia, where wood, transparency, and the timeless beauty of the Mekong River converge to create a sophisticated hospitality destination. The project is part of the masterplan proposal for silk island and a series of pavilions that will promote traditional farming while also providing enogastronomic tourism and refurbishments of natural context. The project seeks to introduce residents and tourists to the Mekong river’s traditions in an attractive, open, and social context. The swimming pool complex lies beside the entrance to the town of Fondettes, just a few kilometres from the city of Tours. The urban backdrop here is mainly residential with a housing estate. The site of the swimming pool complex is completely flat. It faces a roundabout that was recently built. Newfloor – in collaboration with the architect and owner of the building – has designed, provided and produced the raised floor for the new break room of the spa. We’re talking about the gym and spa Venus Fitness in Rho – Milan, a place where to combine the fitness area and the swimming pool with a place to rest in the basement. It were chosen two different types of panels, to solve the problem of the difference in level of the area. Locanda La Raia comes alive in an old abandoned building which was once an old tavern, typical of the local tradition. The reconstruction started from research of the meaning of the place and its relations with the landscape: from enhancing the dialogue between interior and exterior. The proportions of the building have been redefined through fills and soil movements to recover an identity more pronounced  and recognizable; new openings, different for shapes and dimensions, have selected the most interesting views, and the the same typology matrix was reversed by transforming the inner court on an abstract patio around it to which the new organization of internal spaces revolves.
