A small single-family house with spaces full of warmth and sunlight filtered through a system of micro louvers. A double skin that provides sun protection to the west façade of the house.
The project is an example of balance between the design applied to the end users and the budget. The main ideas focused on finding spatial comfort, natural light and simplification in the construction processes, so that the available resources would be transformed into a successful project.
