Casa San Joaquín is a major renovation and expansion project. The design focused on improving the characteristics of the living spaces, as well as completely evolving the architectural aesthetics of the house.

The redesign considered expanding the interior dimensions and heights in most of the spaces, renewing all the finishes, providing greater comfort through special engineering such as air conditioning and automation, all within new volumes totally reimagined.
