The project D1 of the residential house is located in northeastern side of Tashkent suburbs, Durmen village. The site area is 1200m2. The house is surrounded from all sides by other residential housing, except form south side, which borders farm lands.


The building is placed in the middle of the site, dividing it into two individual courtyards. First being the front yard, which is arranged for entrance group, parking zone and technical facilities (storage and boiler rooms).


The second is the backyard, offering large green space with a terrace and summer kitchen. The building is designed in such a way that the backyard is not visible by the neighbors and from gateway side.


Area of the house is 600m2, which consists of 5 bedrooms, an office room, a spa zone and a vast open space of living room combined with kitchen revealing the backyard.


The design code of the building dictated by specific climate of the region. Big windows hidden under the sunshades, which gives protection from direct sun light in hot summer period. The terrace is viewed towards dominating wind. Main material for the façade, has been used from local material such as travertine and plastering.
