Locally sourced, custom Leuders limestone brick fabricated specifically for this home is executed in gentle, unexpected curves. In front, the bricks are strategically stacked together to catch the eye and to create a screening element, which allows light to stream into the interior. The stone is complemented by hemlock wood siding and abundant, large windows providing a view of the outdoors from every room in the house.

A generous side yard maximizes the space to create a meaningful outdoor living area. Nestled in the preserved tree canopy, the pool’s infinity edge mimics the elevation change.

The interior space's light quality was considered balanced, no matter the time of day. Multiple points of natural light enter through different directions in every room to reduce harsh contrasts of light and shadow. This effect creates a sense of calm.
