Ampatop F black (plus) is a high-performance, black facade membrane designed for ventilated facades with open joints. The double-layer, tear-resistant microfibre structure provides full waterproofing (W1 rated) while remaining vapour-permeable, ensuring both weather protection and healthy building physics. Its black finish creates a discreet backdrop for timber cladding systems such as shō sugi ban, while integrated adhesive strips in the “plus” version simplify installation and improve airtightness. By extending the service life of external cladding and enhancing thermal efficiency, the membrane contributes to overall energy performance and resource conservation. The product is independently BBA certified, confirming its durability and suitability for sustainable building envelopes.
