PBF 030 by Isover (Saint-Gobain) is a rigid glass wool insulation panel developed for high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation in ventilated façade systems. With a declared thermal conductivity of 0.030 W/m·K and a non-combustible A1 fire classification, the panels support energy-efficient building envelopes while meeting stringent fire safety requirements. Manufactured with a high proportion of recycled glass, Isover mineral wool contributes to resource efficiency and reduced raw material demand. The product is vapour-permeable and water-repellent, supporting durable façade assemblies, and is backed by third-party verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for Isover glass wool ranges, providing transparent life-cycle data to inform LCA-based design and certification frameworks such as LEED and BREEAM.
