Solid is a classic sheet of solid wood. Solid is suitable for both free-lying table tops and for small items such as letters and logos, making it a very multifunctional product.
Solid is standard available in Birch, Beech, Oak, Pine, Pine/Ocoumé, Meranti, Ocoumé, Poplar and Deal.
Our materials are produced on demand to meet your specific technical or sustainability requirements, specials are made at request. Plexwood is, for instance, suitable for homes, restaurants, offices, schools, health care, institutions, airports and retail environments.
Characteristics Solid for table tops and small products
Solid is a classic sheet of solid wood, composed of end grain wood and wood with the grain veneers. A solid sheet of Plexwood can only be made 0° long grain (l). In the cross-wise direction (width direction or square to the lines) the maximum deviation of shape is ≤ 2 %, meaning 2 cm per meter/0.79'' per ft². For this reason, this product is mainly suitable for (CNC, laser) cutting small items such as logos and letters, and can also be used for loose table tops.
