Xinnix creates door systems which allow the integration of every door in every wall, in a frameless way. With a frameless door system, the door leaf and the wall melt into each other.
Door system options
Besides standard systems, our range also includes systems for: heavy, very high/wide, acoustic and smoke-resistant doors.
Fire-rated systems are also available. Fire-rated and/or acoustic systems are possible in the same style, completely invisible. The classic bulky fire door can be transformed into an elegant Xinnix fire door.
Characteristics
The Xinnix system consists of aluminum frames, premilled and assembled ready for installation with hidden hinges.
The included hardware consist of 3D independent adjustable hinges, a Xinnix magnetic lock as well as gasket. More than 20 different locking methods including electronic multipointlocks are possible. Our system can be used for invisible doors up to 3500 mm high (137”).

Finishes
The doors have a white HDF layer which can be painted any color. The product is also manufactured with a range of veneered wood options.
