This 14-storey office building is located close to the OMNI building, in the city centre of Lisbon and it is part of a traditional quarter markedly influenced by "Art-Deco" style. Its design aimed the architectural revitalization of the patrimony, enhancing the visual character of up-dated modernity and safeguarding the historic identity of the area.
