55 Albert Street is a residential apartment building in Melbourne developed by Neometro and designed by Jackson Clements Burrows Architects. The building sits opposite Fleming Park and is organised around a central breezeway connecting the apartments to the park and landscape beyond. The architecture is material-honest, and the interiors reflect Neometro's focus on colour, floorplan quality, and everyday liveability. 

CUUB Studio created the full set of visuals for the project launch, centered on a spring mood, with Fleming Park and natural daylight as visual anchors. The goal was to make empty rooms feel inhabited: no people in the frames, but light, objects, and composition arranged so that the presence of life is felt rather than shown.

Concrete, stainless steel, a vintage rug — surfaces that create tension between harder and warmer details, and give each space its own presence. The spring light did the rest.
55 Albert Street earns its appeal through material honesty and a clear relationship to the park across the street, and the images were made to reflect that.
