An apartment dominated by white color, transforming it into a canvas where harmony and unity of spaces play a primary role. Designed by architect Myrto Kiourti, the project, entitled "A Jonathan Leaman Kitchen," is a direct reference to Jonathan Leaman's painting "A Jan Steen Kitchen."
As it is stated by the architectural firm, “the space is simple and completely white. It only acquires color from the people themselves when they gather for a meal around this large table. The house functions as a white canvas that is transformed into a three-dimensional moving painting - like Jan Steen's ‘Meal’ - every time the residents gather with their friends in this carefully arranged dining room designed by the architect.”
The hinged aluminium systems reinforce the architectural vision, perfectly complementing the aesthetic effect, offering high functionality and contributing significantly to energy savings.
