It is a comprehensive renovation with a comprehensive reconstruction of one of its volumes to return the house to its original state from 1972.

In this home, original singular elements from the initial construction are recovered, such as the stone of the façade, the slate of the roofs or the carpentry and wooden blinds with analog machining. We combine all this with continuous floors, sustainable materials, textures and color elements, enhancing the original architectural value of the home and giving it a touch of modernity and comfort with large, open spaces.

Lime mortars are applied throughout the ground floor, recovering this traditional artisan method, which in addition to being more sustainable than conventional cement mortars, since it contributes less CO2 to the environment and is a biodegradable material, it breathes by regulating the hygrometric levels of the environment, provides texture and, due to its alkalinity, prevents the formation of spores, keeping the air healthier.

The air conditioning and hot water of this home is done with a low-consumption and highly effective underfloor heating and aerothermal system, which improves its performance through photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. These panels cover 80% of the home's usual consumption, including the heating of the indoor pool.
Small landscaping interventions are carried out in the garden to enhance the character and personality of the native pine forest in which the house is immersed.
