This is the comprehensive rehabilitation of a 1960 building that consists of 4 independent homes. It is a building built with traditional construction techniques and with a scale and volumetry that we consider worthy of maintaining.

The idea has been to try to bring to light the original construction materials that we find, trying to dialogue with new materials with a neutral aesthetic that respond to simple maintenance and that have the most ecological behavior possible.
