This vacation home, situated on a sloping lot in the countryside of São Paulo, is entirely oriented towards the north and a beautiful valley. Being on a corner, access could happen through the highest side of the lot, allowing all the social area to enjoy the view and the good sunlight exposure.

The service block, positioned perpendicular to the access street, is slightly distorted as it transforms into the social area that expands to the second floor. In this slight inflection, a double-height hall emerges, marking the arrival and vertical circulations.

In front, a detached and cantilevered block houses a more enclosed and intimate room, contrasting with the other open and integrated social areas to the exterior.

The swimming pool extends perpendicularly to this social area, leading guests to a pergola also in cantilever that shades the spa area.

White masonry, wood, and concrete compose the main finishing materials.
