This project consists of the comprehensive renovation of a penthouse residential unit, conceived as a spatial and material transformation rather than a superficial update. The intervention redefined the apartment’s interior character through a careful rearticulation of finishes, flooring, ceilings, and bespoke millwork.

While the original structural framework was largely preserved, the design strategically worked within the existing layout to enhance spatial flow, reinforce visual continuity, and maximize natural light. The result is a refined and cohesive environment where proportion, materiality, and detailing elevate the overall living experience.

Custom carpentry played a central role in shaping the identity of the project, introducing warmth, depth, and precision through tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with the architectural envelope.

The kitchen remained untouched, as it had been previously renovated and aligned naturally with the renewed interior language.
