Located in a development in the city of São Caetano do sul, this apartment was designed in partnership by the offices of KSAA + Sala Z Arquitetura.

The clients, who were young and just married, requested a project that would translate their dreams through inspiration in raw and simple materiality.

The main demand of customers was to provide a comfortable living space to receive friends and family, without reducing the couple's intimate life. For this, the living room was integrated to the balcony and a concrete island made it possible to articulate the program next to the kitchen.

Rustic materials and coatings, with different colors and textures, were used to make up the project. The burnt cement used in the floor and walls coupled with the brick covering, allowed the creation of a warm and balanced atmosphere. In the proposal, we use the apparent electrical distribution, aiming at versatility linked to the economy, seeking to guarantee beauty, functionality, design and comfort that favors the well-being of the user.
