This apartment was remodeled in 2016. It had been renovated before in the 90s and lots of typical details from that era was replaced with genuine turn of the century style stucco and carpentry. An antique fireplace was put in and a classical kitchen was designed and put in the center of the apartment. The floor plan was modified to contribute to a more spacious feel and a to make better use of the space.
