Apartment R was a project that I did a in 2011-2012. It was a total renovation. I tried to preserve as much of the jugend-style as possible in the apartment, but some of the details had been taken away by previous owners so much time was put into restoring it to its former glory. My inspiration for the hallway was the classical parisian hallway, with black and white marble. The decoration contrasts with its midcentury-style, I like that mix.
