Avanti is a modern pizza lab with a special culinary concept. Combining a variety of contemporary kitchen dishes with technological means, it proposes a new model of urban dining. The layout is organized into three basic units.
The dining area which consists of two floors, the kitchen area as well as the takeaway store. Avoiding any unnecessary decoration, the space is composed of minimal lines and clear shapes that refer to representative meanings of the production process. The vertical lines and rectangles form the “urban context”.
Light-boxes, placed above the entrances and custom-made circular pendant lights reflect the laboratory-style cooking procedure. Their white color is blended harmoniously with the beige and light oak shades which refer to the dough - the basic pizza ingredient. Rectangular and terrazzo tiles in combination with dark grey background colors intensify the urban atmosphere and highlight the entire palette.
The balanced use of intensive red neon signs, which simulate the fire-baking process, adds a provoking but necessary underground aspect. The overall result is completed by branding identity signage and artworks which follow perfectly the material palette.
