Baku Summer Residence is a country house with an area of ​ ​ 1500 m ², the ideal place for summer holidays for a large family on the banks of the Caspian Sea, in the suburbs of Baku.

For interior design, the traditional style with art deco elements is chosen, the metallic brilliance of the details emphasizes luxury, elegance is combined with comfort. As the basic shades of the color scheme of the interior, neutral pastel, light tones are used, they are supplemented as accent complex deep shades of gray-blue, green tones of the color of forest moss, dusty pink.

A huge plus of planning solutions - panoramic windows that provide excellent natural lighting.

The design project provided for the use of exclusively premium and exclusive materials for the creation of the interior and furniture, including for flooring and stairs. This solution gives the house sophistication and decoration.

In the interior of the space, famous American and Italian brands of furniture, lighting, decoration and decor were used, such as: Caracole, Ralph Lauren, Visual Comfort, Bernhard, Universal Furniture, John Richard, Baccarat, Uttermost, Calligaris, as well as, anananaris

The task of the designer was to sell a private villa in a sufficiently short period of time, only 5 months, completely update the engineering communications and arrangement of the house. Make housing technologically modern and emphasize the traditional style of the house with updated interiors.
