The plan offerd by the developer was outdated, our has a new approach. This apartment has only two windows, we didn’t change it radicaly. We take a new look and rethought under modern need of living. We cut space out of bedroom and give it all to common space. the hallway belongs by visual to common space and still have main functional. There are mirror and wardrobe, which hides all usuall cloths. Kitchen and dinner table are comfortable enough to have 6-th people. There is also a TV spot, to watch football for small groups. Since a bedroom got 60 cm less, there is no space left for passage. We decide to make two entrances to the room. Its allowed us to use 11 m2 very smart, there are big wardrobe, bed is big enough (180*200) and its also have two working places.

Becouse budget was limited, all the finishing materials was produced in Russia and neighbors countries. Most of the furniture were from ikea. Decoration were from all over the world.
