The owner of Big Mamma's Restaurant chain owner told us his story. He has grow up At Denmark and grown up at the different countries and finally he have learned Italian kitchen one of master Cheif of Copenhagen. Afterwards he has decided to move Bursa / Turkey, to his motherland and proceed to realise his Italian Food Restaurant Chain.
Big Mamma's Project has keywords as Wind_Stop in Wind_Flying_Flow_ Owners story reminded a journey from Denmark to Turkey_A journey made by flow of Destiny and desire.
All of the materials has been used raw, natural & with original colors_no added colors and painting. Replacement of woodens (flooring and wall coverings) designed and has been replaced one by one_according concept of Wind and Journey_ All of the products; chairs, tables, ligthing elemants, desks, open kitchen 'which has been seperated by a transparent window', all of graphics are designed and produced by Studio Punto / Ismail Oklugl and his team.
The 'Hybrid' face artwork on the wall of the area is made by Ismail Oklugil_And reffered to Globalism and Humanism_
