The Evry Bois Sauvage project involves the construction of 100 housing units, including 24 social housing units. As a symbol of the renewal of the Bois Sauvage district in Evry, the development was carried out in partnership with Constructa, as well as with Jean-Baptiste Pietri and Christian Biecher Architectes, with each team developing a plot within the ZAC.

The architectural composition takes the form of a shared podium, topped by three superstructure buildings. Varying in height, these buildings form a coherent ensemble whose massing responds to the surrounding built context, while creating a shared green courtyard at the heart of the block for all residents. This volumetric approach protects both the buildings within the complex and the neighbouring structures from shadows cast by the housing development on this Block 2. The volumetric work continues at the scale of the superstructure buildings rising above the podium: private outdoor spaces take the form either of loggias set at the corners of each building to refine their profile, or balconies that contribute to a play of volumes, animating the façades. Through their varying heights, the three volumes create a rhythmic and balanced ensemble in which solids and voids alternate, allowing sunlight to reach the heart of the block. The façade colours work together to emphasise the interplay of volumes. Within the programme, an unexpected natural space is concealed: planted at height on the ground-floor podium that houses the parking, residents can enjoy verdant views, while the trees help provide solar shading to the façades.
