Restoration of facades with construction of two new floors above. reconstruction of the existing and now lost decoration and complete replacement of interior walls in a metal frame. The building is divided into three major functional parts: a hotel, retail premises, bars, restaurants. The building was constructed in 1898-1899, by architect L.L. Vlodek and sculptors T.L. Fischel and S.I. Milman.
