Hall
The entrance group is separated from the living room by a built-in wardrobe module, which forms two passages to the room. The wardrobe is double-sided – one part is directed to the corridor, the other-to the living room. The remaining built-in cabinets are made as unobtrusively as possible to visually facilitate a narrow (1.4 meters) corridor. The accent of the room is a niche with shelves made in walnut veneer and a flush-mounted door leading to the laundry room.
Kitchen-dining room. Living room.
The space of the living room and kitchen is combined into one room. The overall color scheme is sandy, light. The color accent is a pistachio kitchen and a sofa. The center of the kitchen area is the island, which performs not only a working function, but also is a dining table with Cattelan Italia Magda semi-bar chairs around it. Eco – friendly materials are used for the kitchen- painted MDF facades, combined with a solid oak countertop.
The sofa group is divided into several parts to comfortably accommodate 5-6 guests. A bright accent is the Minotti Andersen sofa, combined with a neutral custom-made couch and a Las casas Harold chair. The living room also uses built-in wardrobes in the color of the walls to visually increase the space.
Various lighting scenarios are provided for a comfortable stay of customers at home: both for work – bright light, and for recreation-softer lighting, coffered lighting and furniture lighting.
Bedroom.
A calm combination of beige and woody shades is diluted by a darker bed and bedside tables. The hanging cabinets above the headboard and the wardrobe look weightless, although they are quite roomy and provide a large amount of additional storage. Behind the headboard there is a shallow shelf with lighting, side shelves compensate for the absence of a bedside table on one side of the bed and allow you to expand the passage between the bed and the wall. In the future, customers plan to have a second child and place a baby cot in this area. Light glass partitions and the absence of curtains visually increase the bedroom space and are compensated by curtains on the loggia. Bedroom furniture is made to order according to sketches and drawings. An accent and a fashion accessory is a pair of Flexform coffee tables.
Bathroom.
It is made in neutral tones, the accent is the central part in the sink area - in darker tones of tiles and furniture. The furniture is made of MDF with walnut veneer. Fap factory tile that imitates the pattern of marble. For storing various accessories, niches with lighting are used, which maximize the useful space of a small bathroom. The bathroom uses Gustavsberg, Villeroy&Boch plumbing and Hansa faucets.
Children's room.
Designed for two children. All furniture is made to order and takes into account the needs of children today and with the prospect of growing up. The beds are placed in niches, a "starry sky" is installed above each bed. The soft backs of the beds make it possible to use them as sofas. The desk is made of solid oak in two levels for children of different ages. The game complex is made to order and it is not only a Swedish wall, but also a cozy little house for a child. The love of children to paint the walls will fully embody a complex of three houses with a slate, marker and magnetic coating.
Laundry room.
In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer, a water softener. Storage cabinets with a pull-out ironing board. A special household sink of the Italian factory Galassia is installed, a mirror is placed above the sink under the order of the local manufacturer Formirror. The room is decorated in bright colors. FAP tiles are used on the wall in the sink area and on the floor.
