The project for Bulgari Mansion 5 in Dubai is a prestigious single-family villa that embraces simplicity and minimalism, with art and landscape taking center stage. The villa is designed in a T-shape across two levels, surrounded by a large sculptural garden on three sides. Throughout the garden, art pieces are thoughtfully placed, creating an artistic pathway for visitors.
The ground floor is dedicated to the living area, with an open kitchen connected to the dining area and the living space. The large flush windows provide panoramic views of the garden and the outdoor water pool, seamlessly merging the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.
