Designed as an elegant retreat in nature, this building was designed as a futuristic and modern form that does not touch the ground, like an airplane soaring in the sky.
In the 3-storey building, there is an entrance foyer on the ground floor, a kitchen, pantry, WC and technical areas, a living room and a swimming pool on the 1st floor, and a floating terrace where you can enjoy nature, while on the 2nd floor there are bedrooms, bathrooms and a study.
The structure is steel construction and the facade was designed as exposed concrete. Heat control glass Low-E Glass was used.
