Cabify Perú Offices by Contract Workplaces

Cabify is a transportation and logistics company operating in various cities around the world through its mobile application. Founded in 2011, the company began its expansion into Latin America just a year later, reaching countries such as Mexico, Chile, and Peru.

Cabify’s main office in Peru is located in Lima. After years of steady growth operating from coworking spaces, the company decided to take a key step in its evolution: establishing its own office. The new space needed to reflect its organizational culture, reinforce its brand identity, and adapt to an expanding hybrid work model. This move not only marked a milestone in its growth but also solidified its presence in the local market.

The project, fully executed by Contract Workplaces, spans 500 m² and presented a significant challenge in terms of timeline and budget. It required efficient management, strategic decisions, and creative solutions to optimize every resource without compromising quality or design.

From the outset, the goal was clear: to create a contemporary, collaborative, and functional environment that would inspire employees. The layout was designed based on the teams’ work model—hybrid work with assigned desks—and includes workstations, meeting rooms, phone booths (an essential element for a team with a high volume of calls), collaborative areas, a coffee point, and a visually striking waiting area. The design prioritized flexible spaces and social interaction to foster productivity and user well-being, contributing to a high-quality work experience.

The spatial configuration placed workstations in open areas near the front and back windows to take advantage of the views and natural light, while meeting rooms were located along one of the core walls. The phone booths were positioned as an island between these two zones, alongside the main collaborative space and the coffee point.

The color palette is built on a neutral base—white walls and workstations, warm gray tones in sofas and vinyl flooring—highlighted by the brand’s signature violet, used prominently in upholstery, accent walls, and graphics.

Vinyl flooring in the open areas reinforces spatial continuity, while closed rooms feature modular carpet tiles to enhance acoustic comfort and create a more intimate atmosphere. Exposed ceilings, with visible installations and black pendant lights, contribute a contemporary industrial look. Visually, the decorative vinyls and murals provided by the client bring rhythm, color, and storytelling, serving as both brand elements and spatial wayfinding.

Accessibility and inclusion were also incorporated, ensuring comfortable, functional spaces for all users, in compliance with current regulations.

Thanks to agile and efficient project management, the result exceeded initial expectations: a vibrant, character-filled, and inclusive office that communicates Cabify’s identity in every corner. A space that not only supports the company’s growth—but also embodies it.
